As a general rule, any points that have not been used can be refunded for their initial purchase price at any time. The time required to complete this service is within 30 days of the request.
With each bid submitted, the point total of the item on which the user is bidding increases to the new bid amount. Any and all previous bids that have been submitted are canceled. All submitted bids are nonrefundable. A bid submitted by the user constitutes an offer from that user to FIREBIDZ to conclude a contract to purchase the item.
