2. Please make sure you fill out your shipping address for your profile.  Our teams will use this info to ship your items if and when you win an auction.

3. The site works on a points system.  Points have no monetary value assigned to them.

4. All auctions are set to a random 7 to 10 day hidden timer.  This is designed to keep computer hackers and self-proclaimed professional bidders from keying in on the last 10 seconds of an auction.  It is our idea that this will more or less level the playing field for all potential bidders.

5. "The Golden Price" Or "The Golden Time" While auctions are set to run between 7 to 10 days, that does not mean they won't end earlier than that.  Each auction item is set to have a minimum bid price assigned to it.  This means that once that minimum price is reached the auction will begin a secondary random timer.  This will cause the auction to end between 30 to 60 min.  This will also lock out the current auction to current bidders only.  Only bidders that have bid at least once to this point will be allowed to bid moving forward.  The reason for this action is again to level the playing field for all potential bidders.  The minimum price is set very low in order to keep auctions from running longer than necessary.  Once the Golden Time has been started, only customers that have bid so far on the auction are allowed to bid.  All other potential bidders are locked out.

6. All auctions are final.  While we don't allow refunds or returns; we are always happy to listen.  Please do not hesitate to contact us, we are always here for our customers.

7. Some auctions will come with options.  For example the customer can choose the size of a shoe or a color of a shirt.  These options will be found in the "Product Details" of the item up for auction.
